We are an established Interior Design and Renovation company seeking committed and experienced individuals to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects in Johor Bahru.

Requirements:

• Experience in Interior Design / Interior Fit-Out / Renovation / Construction.
• Knowledge of carpentry, ceiling, M&E, architectural and general construction works.
• Able to understand and coordinate drawings, site works, materials, and construction details.
• Able to manage site coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Experience in preparing or coordinating project documentation such as:
• Permit to Work (PTW)
• JMS / Job Method Statement
• JSA / Job Safety Analysis
• Risk Assessment / HIRARC
• Operational Requirement Documents
• Site and safety-related documents
• Experience using SharePoint, client portals, or online submission systems for project documentation and submissions.
• Able to monitor submission status, follow up on approvals, and maintain proper project records.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel to project sites when required.
• No Work From Home (WFH) arrangement.
• Candidates with relevant site coordination experience and practical knowledge will be considered even if their experience covers only some of the above areas.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily interior fit-out and site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
• Monitor carpentry, ceiling, M&E, architectural, finishing, and general construction works.
• Review drawings and coordinate site requirements before and during execution.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, and site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress or issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate and follow up on PTW, JMS, JSA, safety and operational requirement documents.
• Prepare, compile, submit, and follow up on project documents through SharePoint or client portals.
• Maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, drawings, reports, and site documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager with site coordination, documentation, and project follow-up.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, project requirements, quality standards, and site safety requirements.

Working Hours & Attendance:

• 6 working days per week (Monday to Saturday).
• Saturday: Half-day.
• Total: 45 hours per week.
• Overtime will be paid in accordance with company policy.
• When assigned to site, employee is required to work at the assigned project site.
• When there is no site assignment, employee is required to attend and work at the office during standard working hours.
• No Work From Home (WFH) arrangement.
• Employees are expected to maintain punctual attendance at the assigned site or office.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced interior fit-out and construction environment.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong commitment, punctuality, discipline, responsibility, and professionalism are required.
• Relevant experience in any combination of interior design, carpentry, ceiling, M&E, construction, site coordination, project documentation, or client portal submissions will be considered.
