JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide support and responsible for the smooth operation and inventory activities of the warehouse. Responsibilities include proper storing of materials, picking, packing, scanning and shipping of orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate receipt of goods send into and out of warehouse and internal system.
• Upkeep the warehouse and make sure the inventory is always in the right location.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, scan, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products correctly (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
• Complete diary logs into inventory.
• Report to the management on all discrepancy and damage items and follow up to resolve.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with company policies, procedures and standards, such as safekeeping of company’s property, personnel practices, merchandise handling, security, sales and record-keeping procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.
• Experience in inventory software, databases and systems.
• Familiar with modern fashion warehousing practices and methods.
• Good attitude and discipline, independent, hardworking, trustworthy.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Minimum : SPM
