As Engineering Master Data Specialist, you will help strengthen the way Daifuku Oceania manages and shares engineering information, creating a more reliable source of truth for our people, projects and customers.
About the role As Engineering Master Data Specialist, you will help maintain product data across DOC’s engineering PDM system, engineering library and IFS ERP system. You will also support the publication of engineering drawings, CAD models and product documentation into official libraries, helping improve data accuracy, accessibility and information flow across the business.

About the role As Engineering Master Data Specialist, you will help maintain product data across DOC’s engineering PDM system, engineering library and IFS ERP system. You will also support the publication of engineering drawings, CAD models and product documentation into official libraries, helping improve data accuracy, accessibility and information flow across the business.
What you will be doing in this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate parts and product data in IFS.
- Support ERP data updates, including product structures, attributes, manufacturer information and costs.
- Publish engineering drawings, CAD models and technical documentation into official libraries.
- Assist with project deliverables processing and document control.
- Help improve processes for ERP updates, data synchronisation and engineering information flow.
- Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project teams, IT and other internal stakeholders.
- A diploma in engineering, engineering technology or a related technical field.
- Experience using ERP systems such as IFS, SAP or Oracle.
- Experience with PDM or PLM software such as Autodesk Vault, SolidWorks PDM or Teamcenter.
- Strong Excel skills, particularly for data lookup and analysis.
- Good English communication skills for engineering and business purposes.
- A methodical, accurate and collaborative working style.
- Interest in continuous improvement, data quality and engineering documentation.
