Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee the full spectrum of accounting, budgeting, taxation, credit administration, treasury, and management reporting. Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual full-set management accounts and financial reports.
• Team Leadership: Direct and supervise the finance team on daily accounting operations, managing the end-to-end administration of financial transactions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare comprehensive quarterly and yearly budgets alongside accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure efficient fund management.
• Compliance & Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and update financial reports to ensure accuracy and deadline compliance. Escalate any peculiar transactions and conduct thorough variance analysis.
• External Liaison & Policy Upkeep: Partner with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and related corporate entities to ensure full statutory compliance. Keep company finance policies aligned with the latest regulations and legislation.
• Financial Control: Review and verify all payments, including petty cash, ensuring strictly authorized disbursements. Support the Group Manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Education: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA), or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related financial management or senior accounting role.
• Specialization: Proven experience specialized in Finance, General Accounting, or Cost Accounting is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems is a strong advantage

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
