This role is critical to our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sernior HR who can operate both strategically and hands-on — someone who understands that people, systems, and accountability are what allow companies to scale without chaos.

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to professionalise hiring, performance management, compensation, and internal processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesPeople & Talent

• Own end-to-end recruitment (sales, operations, technical, admin roles)
• Design and manage onboarding systems for new hires
• Work with department heads to define roles, KPIs, and expectations
• Support performance reviews, confirmations, and promotions
• Manage disciplinary processes fairly and professionally when required

HR Operations

• Manage payroll coordination, leave, attendance, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations
• Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and policies
• Support compensation and incentive structures (basic + commission roles)

Culture & Structure

• Help build a performance-driven but humane culture
• Act as a bridge between management and staff
• Identify people-related bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Support organisational scaling as the company expands to new regions

Who This Role Is For

• 3–5 years of experience in HR / People Operations
• Experience in SMEs or fast-growing companies preferred
• Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership
• Able to balance empathy with firmness
• Organised, structured, and discreet
• Not just an “HR admin” — but a problem-solver
