Junior Recruiter
who is energetic, people-oriented and keen to build a career in recruitment.
You don't need extensive recruitment experience. We are happy to train someone who has the
right attitude, willingness to learn and drive to achieve results
.
What You'll Do
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle:
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
Review and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Contact candidates to understand their experience, career goals and job preferences
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Prepare and endorse candidate resumes to clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
Keep track of candidate progress, interview outcomes and follow-ups
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Develop an understanding of our clients' requirements and hiring needs
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve individual and team targets
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Prior recruitment, sales, customer service or business development experience is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple vacancies
Willing to learn and take feedback
Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
Good follow-up and time-management skills
Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
