Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering works on site to ensure efficient execution and compliance with project requirements
Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within financial limits
Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and resolve issues
Ensure all engineering works comply with Singapore regulations and safety standards to maintain legal and safety compliance
Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain quality standards
Monitor work progress and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications
Assist in project planning and scheduling to support overall project management and resource allocation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
1–3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore, demonstrating practical knowledge of local engineering practices
Knowledge of Singapore codes, safety rules, and work procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals
Proficient communication skills in English to facilitate clear stakeholder interactions; additional languages are advantageous for broader communication but not essential
