• Reconcile system inventory balances against warehouse records and physical count sheets; compile discrepancy listings and escalate variances to the supervisor for resolution.
• Identify and flag duplicate, obsolete or incorrectly classified item codes for review before any change is made.
• Maintain a change log recording what was amended, by whom, when and on whose authority.
• Prepare periodic data quality reports showing open exceptions and progress on clean-up.
• Maintain an audit trail of every change, with the supporting approval attached.
• Review the full vendor master across all entities and verify that payment terms on each record match the agreed commercial terms.
• Verify credit limits against approved documentation and flag records where no approval can be traced.
• Identify vendors with no transaction activity over an agreed look-back period and prepare them for deactivation; deactivate only once approved.
• Detect and consolidate duplicate vendor records, checking registration numbers, bank details and addresses before recommending a merge.
• Collect chargeable instruments from all departments — employment contracts, tenancy and lease agreements, service agreements, loan and security documents — and maintain a central register of documents received.
• Track execution dates against the 30-day stamping deadline and issue reminders before instruments fall due.
• Prepare submissions and returns on the MyTax portal for review, attach supporting documents, and arrange payment once approved.
• File stamp certificates and maintain the supporting records, which must be retained for seven years.
• Maintain a status tracker showing documents pending, submitted, stamped and overdue, and report it to the supervisor on an agreed cycle.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
