Project:

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of LED Lighting at PETRONAS Stations

Location:

Mobile / Field-Based (Northern and Eastern Peninsular Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismantle and safely cart away existing canopy, fascia, compound, and visual element (MID, Unipole, Logotype, Mesraband) lighting fixtures, accessories, starters, ballasts, and bulbs.
• Install new LED lighting fixtures, LED drivers, mini fans, timers, MCBs, and RCCBs as per PDB Standard & Specifications.
• Execute complex wiring works, including terminating 24VDC and 48VDC power supply units and constant voltage LED drivers to LED strip bars and modules.
• Install new IP55-rated junction boxes inside compound lighting poles and terminate connections using standard terminal blocks.
• Modify canopy ceilings and attach aluminum hollow frames to main cabinets for structural mounting where required.

Requirements:

• Valid Wireman Certificate (PW4) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Hands-on experience with commercial electrical wiring, DB installation, and low-voltage DC LED systems.
• Comfortable working at heights (for Unipole, MID, and Canopy installations).
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites sequentially, covering stations from Sungkai, Perak to Gua Musang, Kelantan, and Kuantan, Pahang.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,401.61 per month
