WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT MANAGER (INDONESIA MARKET)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage our Indonesia-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing Indonesia-based clients.
• Understand clients’ requirements and ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Bring in new clients and generate new business for the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities in Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Experience handling Indonesia-based clients is an advantage.
