Tanggungjawab
- Operate, monitor and maintain HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for AHU, FCU, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and ventilation systems.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, air pressure and HVAC parameters to ensure required conditions are maintained.
- Carry out routine inspection, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment.
- Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists and service reports.
- Respond to HVAC breakdowns and perform necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with company safety, quality and GMP requirements.
- Work closely with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Support contractors and external service providers during maintenance activities.
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and GMP requirements within the pharmaceutical facility.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
