About the role
We are a well-established veterinary clinic seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Cheras, Selangor. As Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our veterinary practice. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression within the company.
What you'll be doing
Greeting & welcoming clients with a warm & positive attitude.
Scheduling and managing client appointments efficiently.
Handling client inquiries and booking services over the phone and in person.
Maintaining accurate medical records and client files.
Assisting the veterinary team with administrative tasks as required.
Promoting a calm and welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
What we're looking for
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm and/or experience.
Proficiency in using computer software such as appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A genuine interest in animal welfare and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
