Job Description
Responsibilities

• Purchase Oil Palm Fruit (FFB) to make full use of the production capacity of the mills.
• Purchase FFB from suppliers within budget and satisfactory quality.
• Communicate and solve any supply issues with suppliers.
• Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant parties on FFB
• Purchasing processes/activities.
• Constant review on cost reduction activities.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers; improve prices and business conditions to review business opportunities.
• Perform other duties assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business/Marketing/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in plantation, procurement and marketing.
• Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft 365 etc.
• Willing to travel (HQ, Regional Offices, Estates)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
