About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Secretary, with knowledge and experience in HR or Finance or Marketing to join our team in George Town, Penang. This full-time role will provide administrative support to our dynamic organisation, contributing to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

1. What you'll be doing As Administrative Executive/Asst in departments of HR, Finance and Marketing

• Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the management team

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Handling correspondence, filing, and record-keeping and Claims Submission

• Performing other general administrative duties as required

• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

• What we're looking for

  • Good in work reporting and delivery

  • Strong communication and able to follow instructions

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

  1. What you'll be doing As the department Secretary

• Scheduling and coordinating Work Task

• Compiling Required Data and Updates Reports

• HR OR Finance to have good knowledge in Excel & SQL

• Marketing with Design Software knowledge is a preferenance
