Role Description The Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kulim. This position is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, including planning and executing campaigns that promote the company’s OSH and Travel Health services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials and presentations, coordinating events or promotional activities, and assisting with digital and traditional marketing efforts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing strategies, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and providing administrative support for marketing projects. The Marketing Associate contributes to brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Competence in market research and marketing, with the ability to analyse market trends and support data-driven marketing strategies.
• Sales awareness and customer-focused mindset to support business development and client engagement activities.
• Basic project management skills to coordinate campaigns, events, and marketing tasks within timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Kulim, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Experience or interest in healthcare, OSH, or related industries is an advantage.
