Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Handle cashiering and customer orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and outlet appearance at all times
• Ensure daily outlet operations run smoothly according to SOP
• Assist with stock handling and other outlet duties

Requirements

• Malaysian, aged 18 and above
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage (training will be provided)
