About the Roles

Join a Construction Main Contractor as a Project Engineer (Civil & Structural – Main Contractor), with the work location determined by the assigned project. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The package includes a basic salary, discretionary bonus and telephone allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and coordinate Civil & Structural engineering activities, including design reviews, work planning and technical coordination.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, technical documents and submissions to relevant authorities.
• Track and coordinate the timely submission of drawings, plans, reports and supporting documents to consultants, authorities and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, M&E teams, architectural teams and other relevant parties to address project specifications, technical matters and site issues.
• Coordinate overall project activities and supervise Civil & Structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Attend project meetings, technical discussions and site inspections throughout the construction stage.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting notes when required.
• Maintain accurate records of test reports, site tests, structural-related submissions, Green Mark requirements and constructability-related documentation.
• Control and compile project records in accordance with the company’s quality and ISO procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in structural coordination within an A1 main contractor environment, preferably involving large-scale building or condominium projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural drawings, specifications, technical requirements and construction procedures.
• Ability to work independently with close attention to detail, analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
• Proactive and responsible, with the ability to manage tight project deadlines.
