About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative direction and output across Cintra’s growing portfolio of clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, develop strong creative ideas, and turn them into content that actually works.

You’ll work closely with our Accounts, Strategy, and Production teams to translate client objectives into clear creative directions, while leading and developing our creative team across concepts, shoots, social content, and campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who is not just good at coming up with ideas, but can set a creative standard, make decisions, and bring the team together to execute at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Creative Direction

• Lead the overall creative direction across client accounts and projects
• Develop creative concepts, campaigns, content directions, and visual identities
• Translate client and business objectives into clear creative strategies
• Push the team to create content that is relevant, distinctive, and effective
• Maintain a consistent creative standard across all deliverables
• Review and provide direction on concepts, scripts, storyboards, shoots, and final content

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the creative team across different disciplines
• Provide clear creative direction and feedback to designers, editors, producers, and other creatives
• Identify strengths and gaps within the team and help develop capabilities
• Set expectations around quality, ownership, and timelines
• Build a creative culture that encourages ideas while maintaining accountability

Content & Production

• Be involved in the development of social-first content across platforms
• Guide creative concepts from ideation through production and final delivery
• Work closely with production teams on shoots and content execution
• Stay current with social trends, formats, creators, and emerging content styles
• Ensure creative ideas are practical, scalable, and appropriate for each client

Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Accounts and Strategy teams to understand client objectives
• Participate in creative discussions and client presentations where required
• Help shape creative recommendations and content strategies
• Bridge the gap between client expectations and creative execution
• Ensure the creative team has the right context and direction to execute effectively

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in creative, content, advertising, social media, or a related field
• Previous experience leading or managing a creative team
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across different formats
• Strong understanding of social-first content and digital platforms
• Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking
• Able to give clear, constructive feedback and direction
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial and client objectives
• Highly organised, decisive, and able to manage multiple projects
• Hands-on and willing to get involved in the work, not just delegate

Bonus Points

• Experience in a social media, digital, or creative agency
• Experience working across multiple brands and industries
• Strong understanding of short-form video and content production
• Experience with campaign development and integrated content
• Familiarity with performance-driven creative and content optimisation
• Experience directing shoots or working closely with production teams
