Job Description

Are you a confident and outgoing individual looking for a dynamic sales role? We are seeking passionate individuals to represent bonbone, a leading Japanese brand in musculoskeletal supports, at various locations across Singapore.

bonbone helps people manage pain and improve their mobility. In this role, you will be the friendly face of the brand, engaging with customers, demonstrating product benefits, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively approach and engage potential customers in a retail environment.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of bonbone products.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related queries.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales targets.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked product display.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level or equivalent.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong desire to sell.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods.

Work Schedule & Roster System

Working Hours: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm (Rostered)

Contractual Hours: 44 hours per week

This position offers attractive earning potential based on a combination of base pay and a tiered commission structure.

Basic Rate

$2,200 per month

Work Hours

10:00 am – 9:00 pm

Lunch Break

1 hour, scheduled based on customer flow. The break will commence no later than 5 hours after the start of work.

Rest Days

At least 1 rest day per week will be scheduled within each working week, in compliance with the Employment Act.

Overtime

Payable at 1.5× the basic hourly rate ($17.30/hour) for hours worked beyond 44 hours per week or beyond 8 hours per day (whichever is more favorable to the employee), subject to the supervisor's prior approval and MOM's monthly overtime cap of 72 hours.

Tiered Commission

Commission is payable based on the units sold daily.

Tier 1: 1-10 units at 3% of daily sales revenue

Tier 2: 11-20 units at 6% of daily sales revenue

Public Holidays & Off-in-Lieu

· Employees are entitled to paid public holidays in accordance with the Employment Act.

If required to work on a public holiday, the employee will receive either:

· 1 day of paid time off-in-lieu (OIL) to be taken within 3 months, OR

· A 1x (basic) + 1.5x (overtime) = 2.5x hourly rate for the hours worked

Annual Leave

7 days of paid annual leave per year (pro-rated for incomplete years of service).

CPF Contributions

CPF contributions will be made in accordance with MOM and CPF Board regulations.

Gross Pay - Examples

Sell an average of 10 units per day – Gross income $2,850.00

Sell an average of 15 units per day – Gross income $3,500.00
