Business Domain Knowledge

• Malaysia Payroll and Time & Attendance process
• Knowledge of SAP products (e.g., SuccessFactors) helpful
• Deep understanding of change disciplines (e.g., Agile), transformation management, and risk management
• Sound knowledge of LEAN and experience leading change/re-engineering processes on a global scale

Job Description

• Work with HR stakeholders and other teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design (scenario design, process/data flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures for automation opportunities
• Analyse processes, identify automation/streamlining opportunities through 'start, stop, continue' analysis, and define 'to be' processes
• Create and capture process inventories and solution design documentation (SDD)
• Manage training creation and delivery for new processes/systems for HR Ops and other HR users, partnering with project SMEs
• Act as Payroll and T&A functional expert
• Contribute to change management and communication activities for new/changed functionality
• Contribute to action plans for necessary workarounds, ensuring correct governance model is followed
• Risk identification, risk reporting, and devising mitigation interventions
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, including working with SMEs on scenarios and reporting on testing progress

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Business Consulting: 6 years (Required)
• Business Analyst: 6 years (Required)
