What You'll Do

• Extract espresso and steam milk to VCR's specialty coffee standards
• Provide warm, attentive service and guide customers through our coffee and brunch menu
• Handle daily bar setup, station organization, and closing procedures
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
• Support the wider team with stock checks and daily operations

What We Look For

• A genuine interest in coffee — no barista background needed, we teach you everything
• Fresh school leavers, SPM leavers, and first-time job seekers strongly encouraged to apply
• A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the job
• Able to stay energized and organized during busy periods
• Punctual, dependable, and a great team player
• Available for shift work, including weekends
