About CONTI'

CONTI' is a cozy neighbourhood bar in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur, serving quality coffee, refreshing drinks, and great cocktails in a warm and welcoming environment.

We’re looking for a Barista cum Bartender who is passionate about coffee, cocktails, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

As a Barista cum Bartender, you will:

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and cocktails consistently.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the coffee and bar stations.
• Ensure all coffee, beverage, and bar supplies are properly stocked and ready for service.
• Assist with preparation and setup before service.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
• Follow café and bar operating procedures, including food, beverage, and alcohol safety standards.
• Contribute to creating a friendly, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
• Passionate or interested in coffee, cocktails, and the F&B industry.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced café and bar environment.
• Reliable, responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• A positive team player with good communication skills.
• Willing to learn and take on both barista and bartending responsibilities.
• Able to work well under pressure during busy service periods.

Previous barista, bartender, or F&B experience is an advantage but not required. Enthusiastic beginners are welcome to apply — training will be provided.
