SEVANA GLOBAL VENTURES is hiring a Sales & Business Development Representative for Langkawi.

We are looking for a confident, motivated and proactive person who is based in Langkawi and can help introduce Sevana Global Ventures to businesses across the island.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys sales, networking, meeting people and building business relationships.

Work Arrangement

• Work from home with flexible scheduling
• Local client visits and meetings around Langkawi
• Initial 3-month freelance engagement
• Commission-based during the initial freelance stage
• Opportunity to be considered for a permanent salaried position based on performance and business requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce Sevana Global Ventures and our services to potential clients in Langkawi
• Approach hotels, villas, restaurants, property owners and other local businesses
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build relationships with business owners, managers and decision-makers
• Arrange meetings with interested prospects
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
• Understand basic client requirements and communicate opportunities to Sevana management
• Support the sales process from introduction through to successful conversion
• Provide regular updates on leads and business development activities
• Help strengthen Sevana's presence and business network in Langkawi

Who We Are Looking For

• Must currently reside in Langkawi
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with new people and business owners
• Comfortable doing sales and approaching potential clients
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented
• Good knowledge of Langkawi is an advantage
• Able to travel locally for client visits when required
• Own transportation is preferred

Experience in sales, hospitality, tourism, property, banking, customer service, marketing or business development is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Commission & Career Progression

The initial engagement is freelance and commission-based. Earnings will depend on successfully generated and completed business. Full commission terms will be explained to shortlisted candidates before engagement.

This role is intended to develop into a longer-term opportunity. Candidates who demonstrate strong sales performance, professionalism, consistency and the ability to grow Sevana's Langkawi market may be considered for a permanent salaried position with additional commission/incentive opportunities, subject to a separate employment offer.
