We are a Singapore-based retail and events company. We supply and install decorative displays for corporate clients, retail spaces, and hospitality venues across Singapore.

Job Summary

You will prepare and style festive props and displays, photograph them for the website, perform simple photo edits, assist with basic admin tasks, and support the team during busy periods in a fixed-term contract at our Tai Seng office.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and style festive props and displays to create neat, balanced, and visually appealing presentations
• Pack and unpack decoration items carefully to maintain their condition. Prepare and pack festive items (including Christmas trees and display pieces) for delivery, ensuring items are properly secured and in good condition.
• Maintain a neat, labelled, and organised store and prop inventory
• Take clear, well-lit photos of props and displays against a white backdrop using provided camera equipment
• Perform simple photo touch-ups using Canva on the provided laptop to enhance images for the website
• Complete basic administrative tasks such as checklists and stock counts accurately
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
• Apply a good eye for aesthetics to ensure displays and photos look presentable and balanced
• Use basic camera functions and Canva software, with training provided
• Able to maintain

• Interest in decoration, styling, or visual display to enhance creative contributions
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a small, close-knit team environment

Other Information

• This is a fixed-term contract from August to December 2026
• Work location is at the Tai Seng office
• Expect a fast-paced environment from October to December, the busiest period
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
