Position Overview

We are looking for a professional, disciplined, and reliable Personal Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation services to the Company Chairman.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a professional attitude, integrity, discretion, and flexibility in meeting the Chairman’s daily transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the Chairman to meetings, appointments, events, residences, airports, and other destinations as required.
• Plan routes efficiently and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
• Prioritise passenger safety and comfort at all times.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and arrange timely servicing and maintenance.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, insurance renewals, and road tax renewals when required.
• Assist with luggage, documents, and personal belongings as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Chairman’s schedules, activities, business matters, and personal information.
• Carry out occasional personal or business-related errands as instructed.
• Respond promptly to schedule changes and last-minute transportation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and other vehicle-related matters.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by Management.

Requirements

• A valid Malaysian Class D Driving Licence with a good driving record.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Company Driver.
• Good knowledge of roads and routes in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in using Waze, Google Maps, and other navigation applications.
• A punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and safety-conscious approach to work.
• A professional appearance and a courteous, respectful manner.
• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to assist with luggage and other items when required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, public holidays, and outstation trips.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience driving for senior executives, chairmen, or business principals.
• Familiarity with premium or luxury vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
