Job Responsibilities
Follow up on invoices, including downloading, recording, distributing and filing.
Prepare billings and submit costing.
Monitor and replenish office stationery.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Attention to detail.
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
