- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport contract management and project coordination activities for construction projects, ensuring accurate tendering, negotiation, cost control, and contract administration under the guidance of senior management.
- Prepare and manage tender submissions, quotations, cost estimates, and cost comparisons to support project bidding and execution.
- Prepare and submit main contract progress claims and Variation Orders (VOs), including supporting documents and cost substantiation.
- Assess and process subcontractor and supplier progress claims and VOs, including verification of quantities and contractual entitlement.
- Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients on commercial and contractual matters.
- Support senior contracts management in resolving contractual, commercial, and cost-related issues.
- Maintain proper contract records, cost reports, claim records, and supporting documentation.
- Manage assigned responsibilities independently and ensure submissions and contractual deadlines are met.
- About YouMinimum 2–3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying / Contracts experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Experience in HDB building projects is preferred.
- Familiar with tendering, progress claims, Variation Orders, subcontractor/supplier claims, and contract administration.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant quantity surveying / contract administration tools.
