Responsibilities:

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new Financial Representatives, ensuring the timely completion of assessments, documentation reviews, and registration requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication.
• Support daily operations and assist in oversight responsibilities to guarantee business continuity and effective workload distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance and Operations, to align onboarding processes with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and service-oriented environment.
• Lead initiatives for process enhancement, digitalization, and automation to improve operational efficiency and streamline the onboarding experience.
• Spearhead strategic projects and system enhancements in partnership with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement technology-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements by maintaining the highest accuracy and quality standards throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in onboarding, operations, or the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism, with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to process improvement and embracing change.
• Experience in project management or working with IT teams and external vendors is preferred.
