Basic Salary: From $1,800 (commensurate with experience)
Monthly Allowances: Up to $600 (KPI & Shift Allowances)
Joining Bonus: $5,000
AWS + Variable Performance Bonus
️ Holiday Credits: Up to $350 annually
Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week / Rotating Shifts

No Experience Required – Training Provided
Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, arrival and departure services.
Handle passenger enquiries and various flight-related requests.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers at premier lounges.
Welcome and assist guests at reception and attend to their needs.
Assist passengers with special needs, including those with reduced mobility.
Assist non-English-speaking passengers and unaccompanied minors.
Ensure passengers receive a smooth and pleasant airport experience.
Requirements
Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
Good written and spoken English.
Pleasant, cheerful and service-oriented personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy.
Able to work 6-day rotating shifts.
