The role
As a Brand Growth Specialist, you'll represent client campaigns through face-to-face engagement and help create meaningful connections between brands and customers.
You’ll get hands-on experience while working alongside a supportive team and developing skills that can grow with you throughout your career.
What you'll do
- Represent established brands through face-to-face customer engagement
- Communicate with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Support customer acquisition and campaign growth
- Develop practical skills in sales, marketing and communication
- Work with your team towards campaign objectives
- Take part in structured training, coaching and development
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Degree graduates are welcome
- Open to learning and developing new skills
- Comfortable communicating with different people
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Enjoys a hands-on, people-focused environment
- Singaporean or Singapore PR with valid eligibility to work in Singapore
No prior sales or marketing experience required — structured training is provided.

Remuneration
We offer three remuneration structures:
• Full Commission
• Basic + Commission
