We are hiring a Project Management Intern at Multimax!

Multimax is expanding, and we are looking for a results-driven Project Management Intern willing to learn to lead cross-functional teams and deliver critical project lifecycles from conception to completion. If you excel at strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and execution, this is an exceptional opportunity to drive high-impact work.

What You Will Do

• Opportunity to learn and lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure across infrastructure, AI, and data initiatives.
• Define project scope, resource allocation, realistic timelines, and clear deliverables alongside technical leads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Track project performance against key milestones, budget constraints, and quality standards using modern PM tools.
• Identify bottlenecks, mitigate delivery risks proactively, and manage change requests smoothly.
• Direct project administration, reporting, and operational support across multidisciplinary teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated leadership in stakeholder managemen, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong understanding of project governance, tender preparation, and good documentation skills.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities under tight deadlines.
• PMI, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
