We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to support and supervise the daily operations of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities
- Coordinate staff deployment and work schedules
- Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and guide service staff
- Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback
- Monitor inventory and restaurant supplies
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements
- Monitor operational efficiency and minimise wastage
- Assist management with restaurant promotions and events
- Prepare basic operational and sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B, hospitality or operations experience
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Able to supervise and coordinate a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
