Our client, a well-established Japanese MNC in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industry is looking for an HR cum Admin Senior Executive to support our full HR operations. This is a hands-on role covering work pass administration, MOM compliance, recruitment support, and day-to-day HR and admin functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, training and development
• Liaise with the outsourced payroll vendor; verify payroll data accuracy and handle employee payroll queries
• Manage employee data, leave administration, benefits, and medical claims
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM's portals
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, the Employment Act, and related legislation
• Support recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and process flows
• Prepare HR reports and statistics as required
• Provide general office administration support

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• IHRP-CP (Certified Professional) certification required
• At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on experience filing workpass applications
• Strong working knowledge of MOM's legislation and the Employment Act
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Unit4) an advantage
• Meticulous, resourceful, able to work independently
