• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible to assist in variety of warehouse duties, planning of inventory stocks, data entry, fulfilling purchase orders, and maintain accuracy of warehouse records.
• Support daily Warehouse activities including invoicing, incoming, outgoing, and stock control.
• Generate packing list, purchase, request, and container checklist for warehouse operations
• Preparing daily stock report after checking of stock opening and closing
• Plan top up and ordering stock continuously to make sure no supply and no loading affected
• Perform monthly stock count, check stock accuracy and determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for next order if necessary
• Respond to purchasing inquiries about order status, changes or cancellation
• Contact supplier or purchasing in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortage, missed or late deliveries items and others problems.
• Data-entry for all received goods and outgoing goods into computer system and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain the accuracy of the Inventory Card and carry the stock count as at when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
