THE ROLE

PAZZION is looking for a creative and fashion-forward Freelance Stylist to join our Brand & Creative team on a project basis.

The Stylist will be responsible for developing and executing styling concepts across campaigns, photoshoots, product launches and digital content. The role requires a strong understanding of current fashion trends, styling techniques and the ability to translate creative direction into commercially relevant looks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop styling concepts and looks for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand content
• Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure styling is aligned with the overall campaign direction and brand image
• Create moodboards and styling references for upcoming shoots
• Style footwear and accessories with a strong understanding of proportion, silhouette and overall composition
• Source and coordinate apparel, accessories and props required for shoots
• Participate in fittings and ensure all looks are well-prepared prior to shoot days
• Oversee styling on set and ensure consistency across all final images
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, styling directions and relevant cultural influences
• Translate seasonal trends into fresh and commercially relevant styling ideas for PAZZION
• Support styling across campaign, editorial, e-commerce and social media content when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Fashion Stylist, preferably within fashion, footwear, accessories or lifestyle
• Strong fashion sense with a good understanding of current trends and styling
• Excellent eye for detail, proportion, colour and composition
• Ability to develop a strong visual direction while staying aligned with brand guidelines
• Good knowledge of local fashion, retail and styling resources
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with creative teams
• Able to work within shoot timelines and project requirements
• Portfolio showcasing relevant styling work is required

ENGAGEMENT

Freelance / Project Basis
Projects will be assigned based on upcoming campaign, seasonal and content requirements.
