Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Alternate Saturday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Facility Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility, equipment and building systems are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for warehouses, offices and buildings

• Perform facility maintenance and in-house repair works

• Troubleshoot M&E issues and carry out building repair/A&A works

• Coordinate with subcontractors on maintenance and repair works

• Respond to maintenance requests and urgent issues

• Provide technical advice and training when required

• Prepare maintenance reports and record meter readings

• Source quotations for maintenance works

• Support domestic travel when required

• Be contactable during and occasionally outside office hours

• Follow workplace safety requirements and safety policies

Requirements:

• 3–5 years or more experience in Facility Management, Estate Management or related fields

• Strong hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical and building works

• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent requests

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Valid Scissor Lift License required
