Make an impact
- Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing LLMs and RAG methodologies
- Implement AI solutions through endpoints using FastAPI
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, and machine learning technologies
What you need to succeed
- Demonstrated passion for Generative AI and its application to real-world business problems
- Experience with Python programming and scripting
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or other LLM frameworks, building RAG supported applications, agents, tool integrations, and evaluation flows
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed team members
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, with a specific focus on LLMs and Generative AI techniques
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, e.g. Resource management and Azure AI Foundry for developing and operationalizing GenAI
- Experience building rapid prototypes; frontend skills are a plus
- Familiarity with tools used in development, such as Git, Python, LangChain or other LLM frameworks, Terraform, etc.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology-based development
