Your new role

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals & clinics.
• Deliver scientific and product information in a compliant and customer-centric manner.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic account plans to maximize customer engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to support business objectives.
• Analyze territory performance, customer insights, and market trends to drive effective decision-making.
• Participate in medical conferences, educational events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of clinical data, treatment landscapes, and competitive developments within the specialty care segment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical or specialty healthcare sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience engaging specialists and hospital-based healthcare professionals is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
