Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of
strategic business plans and growth initiatives
for Diagnostics services.
Conduct
business, market and operational analysis
to identify growth opportunities, service gaps and areas for improvement.
Lead and support
public and private healthcare tenders
, including proposal development, costing, financial analysis and service delivery planning.
Work closely with
Finance and service leads
to develop business proposals, budgets, resource plans and optimal operating models.
Monitor
business, operational and financial performance
, analyse variances and recommend improvement actions.
Develop and maintain
policies, procedures and internal controls
to support effective and consistent operations.
Lead and participate in
cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
, managing timelines, stakeholders and deliverables.
Build strong relationships with
internal and external stakeholders
, influencing and aligning different teams towards business objectives.
Prepare
business cases, management reports, presentations and performance dashboards
to support decision-making.
Support
budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and cost optimisation
initiatives.
Facilitate meetings and workgroups, ensuring clear action plans and timely follow-up.
Drive
continuous improvement and operational excellence
across Diagnostics services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline
.
Prior experience in the
healthcare industry
will be an advantage.
Strong
business, financial and analytical acumen
, with the ability to analyse performance, identify variances and recommend solutions.
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and functions.
Strong
strategic thinking and business planning
capabilities, with the ability to translate organisational objectives into actionable plans.
Proven experience in
project leadership, operations management and cross-functional project execution
.
Minimum
2 years of leadership experience
, with demonstrated ability to lead projects, workgroups and cross-functional initiatives.
