We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to lead the day-to-day culinary operations of a renowned Asian dining concept within a luxury hospitality environment in Qatar.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional with a strong background in authentic Singaporean cuisine who is ready to take ownership of kitchen operations and lead a high-performing team.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef

Strong knowledge of authentic Singaporean cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques

Experience managing the day-to-day kitchen operation, including food quality, consistency, hygiene standards, and team supervision

Ability to train, motivate, and develop junior kitchen staff Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Experience

working in high-volume restaurants or luxury hospitality environments is highly preferred

Package: 8,000 – 9,000 QAR per month (all-inclusive)

Private single-room accommodation

Relocation provided (flight, visa, medical insurance)
