We are looking for candidates who can commit to working every Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

• Friday: 11:00am – 9:00pm

• Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

• Sunday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

• Public Holidays: No work required

Must be able to consistently commit to our weekends

Job Description

• Promptly follow up on customer inquiries, appointment bookings, requests, confirmations, and phone calls.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

• Perform accurate daily data entry for customer and staff records, and prepare reports for submission and compilation.

• Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.

• Carry out any other ad hoc administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing or frontline service role; experience in the beauty and wellness industry will be an added advantage.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to digital systems and applications quickly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
