Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled In-House Land Surveyor to support company projects through accurate surveying, measurements, and data management. The role involves both fieldwork and office coordination to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site surveys and measurements using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments
• Prepare survey data, drawings, and reports for internal use
• Set out boundaries, levels, and coordinates as per project requirements
• Coordinate closely with in-house engineers and site teams
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
• Ensure survey accuracy and adherence to company standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a land surveyor
• Proficient in survey instruments and AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and site practices
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
