Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Kays+Kins products and brand story. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing photo and video content, writing captions and short-form copy, and coordinating with the marketing team to support campaigns and product launches. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor performance metrics, respond to community interactions, and suggest content ideas that align with brand positioning and audience interests. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices to continuously improve content quality and reach.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including photography, videography, and basic editing for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Ability to plan and execute social media calendars and campaigns, with an understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Excellent writing skills for short-form copy, captions, and social media posts, with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
• Comfort with using social media management and analytics tools to track performance, optimize content, and report key metrics.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics, particularly in lifestyle, fashion, or baby-related content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and operations teams, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in consumer brands, fashion, or baby products.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar) is an advantage.
