The Role

Lead the trade finance product agenda from strategy through to execution:

• Define and execute trade finance product strategies aligned to business and client growth objectives
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across letters of credit, bank guarantees, documentary collections, trade loans and supply chain finance solutions
• Partner with sales and relationship teams to drive product penetration and support complex client engagements
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernise trade finance processes and enhance client journeys
• Monitor portfolio performance, pricing and profitability, identifying opportunities for enhancement
• Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and ICC standards including UCP 600, URDG 758 and ISP98
• Collaborate across technology, operations, risk and compliance teams to drive product delivery

What We're Looking For

A senior trade finance professional with strong product credentials:

• Minimum 8-12 years of banking experience with deep expertise in trade finance and transaction banking
• Proven background in product management, product development or trade sales
• Strong knowledge of documentary trade, working capital and supply chain finance solutions
• Experience leading digitisation or transformation programmes within trade finance
• Regional banking experience across Asia is a distinct advantage
• Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence across business lines
