Personal Assistant cum Social Media Manager — STL Properties

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant cum Social Media Manager to help us run operations and grow our digital presence. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is organised, and passionate about social media and content creation. You'll help streamline daily operations while building a brand reaching thousands of buyers, sellers, and investors across Singapore.

Telemarketing

• Set up appointments by cold calling our leads database

Operations & client support

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and property viewings
• Assist in searching for suitable listings for clients based on criteria set out as well as conducting Competitive Market Analysis
• Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors professionally and promptly — reflecting the assurance clients expect from us
• Handle administrative tasks: documentation, filing, and transaction paperwork
• Ensure smooth, timely follow-up with leads and client enquiries

Marketing & content

• Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials
• Plan, create, and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Handle all enquiries/comments from social media platforms
• Assist with filming short and long form content
• Edit photos and videos for property showcases and audience engagement
• Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to grow reach
• Update website with new listings, sold listings, testimonials and other content

What You'll Bring

• Strong administrative, organisational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
• Intermediate video editing and content creation skills (preferred)
• Proficiency in common office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Strong willingness to learn new skills including the use of AI in everyday tasks
