About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses and Assistant Nurses to join our team at Loving Mansion Health Center in Johor Bahru District, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering quality aged care services to our residents. Whether you are a registered nurse or assistant nurse, you will be at the heart of our care delivery, working directly with elderly residents to ensure their health, safety and wellbeing are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential to our mission of providing person-centred care in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in residents' health status to senior nursing staff or healthcare professionals

• Assisting with the administration of prescribed medications under supervision and ensuring accurate record-keeping

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident care records and documentation

• Supporting residents' emotional and psychological wellbeing through compassionate communication and active listening

• Assisting with wound care, catheter management and other clinical procedures as required

• Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment for residents, including assisting with infection control protocols

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised care plans

• Responding promptly to residents' requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Promoting residents' independence and dignity in all aspects of care delivery
