About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Best Denki Malaysia's First Avenue store in George Town, Penang. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our wide range of electrical and consumer products. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and great benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Greet, welcome and attend to customers at the store.

• Promote, recommend products according to customers needs.

• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.

• Demonstrate and explain use of products to customers.

• Provide information and promote the company's Extended Warranty program.

• Follow up on customers enquiries and after sales service.

• Assist with receiving of merchandise and inventory count.

• Assist in maintenance and arrangement of showroom.

• Assist in cashiering

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM holder / Certificate / Diploma in any field.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the electrical or consumer products industry

• Retail sales experience in electrical and IT products is an added advantage.

• Service oriented with pleasant and cheerful personality.

• Target driven, self-motivated, and passionate in sales and service.

• Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Willing to work at First Avenue, Penang
