Key responsibilities

• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and develop annual L&D plans aligned with business objectives
• Partner with Retail Operations, HR, Brand Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions
• Design and deliver training programmes, workshops and coaching sessions for retail and corporate employees
• Conduct boutique visits, field coaching and customer observations to identify service and performance improvement opportunities
• Support talent development, succession planning and career development initiatives
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, learning pathways and training evaluation tools
• Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, operational KPIs, mystery shopping results and stakeholder feedback
• Manage training budgets, vendors and resources to optimise learning investments
• Support regional training initiatives, boutique openings and cross-functional projects
• Lead L&D and organisational development projects assigned by Management
