The Role
This is an Analyst/Associate position within the Asia Strategic Investments Group (ASIG), a pan-Asia real estate investment team based in Singapore. The role sits within a junior resource pool and covers both investment execution and asset and portfolio management across equity, funds, co-investments, platform investments, and corporate investments. The team invests across the capital stack using a broad range of products and structures, including credit, secondaries, special situations, structured investments, and corporate-style investments.

The role sits within a junior resource pool and covers both investment execution and asset and portfolio management across equity, funds, co-investments, platform investments, and corporate investments. The team invests across the capital stack using a broad range of products and structures, including credit, secondaries, special situations, structured investments, and corporate-style investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and investment feasibility assessments, and make recommendations to senior team members
- Develop and maintain financial models to underwrite deals
- Support deal execution including internal approvals, due diligence, negotiation, structuring, documentation, and closing
- Monitor markets to identify and assess industry trends and developments relevant to investment underwriting and portfolio construction
- Monitor portfolio and individual investment performance, including regular review against underwriting and budget
- Engage with third-party managers, counterparties, and intermediaries during underwriting and ongoing monitoring
- Assist in formulating, researching, and preparing papers on new investment themes and strategies
- Support senior team members in business development and relationship building, including sourcing and performing due diligence on prospective managers
- Two to four years of relevant experience in banking, investment, or asset management
- Strong academic qualifications
- Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse complex situations, identify nuances, synthesise information, and present clear conclusions
- Critical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
