The Role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Data Visualization Specialist to design dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions that make complex data easy to understand. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to turn data into compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Transform complex datasets into clear and meaningful visual stories.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into visualization solutions.
• Build reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
• Create charts, graphs, KPI dashboards, and performance reports.
• Work with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation before visualization.
• Apply appropriate visualization techniques based on data and audience.
• Maintain existing dashboards and improve their usability and performance.
• Monitor data accuracy and investigate inconsistencies.
• Develop standardized reporting templates and visualization guidelines.
• Present insights and key findings to internal stakeholders.
• Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.
• Research new visualization tools, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of data visualization principles and analytical storytelling.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, or similar visualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data preparation is advantageous.
• Understanding of charts, dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new data and visualization technologies.
• Singapore work eligibility is required.
